Dani & Simon | Mandurah Backyard Wedding
I can't believe how long it's been since this wedding! I had grand ambitions this season of keeping relatively up-to-date on the blog, but here we are and it's 7 months later and they've gone from being a family of three to a family of four, and I'm over here just trying to stay organised.
As I was pulling my favourite images from the blog, I was reminded of how amazing it was sharing the day with Dani & Simon and all their closest. There was just so many images of either hugging, laughing, or happy tears, and they got me feeling real emotional when I was scrolling through. I remember, too, how cool it was that they got married at Dani's parents' property - the same place she spent her childhood - and I imagine getting your photos back and seeing how everything come full-circle is really special. I'd love to do more backyard weddings next season, please :)
I'm sure there are many more people who contributed to making this wedding a beautiful one (shout out to Dani's parents for turning their home into a perfect wedding venue), but Twillery Floral Studio was responsible for those epic native blooms, Head Graffiti had the girls looking hella fine, La Belle Cake Design made the amazing gender-reveal cake that brought the bride to tears, and if you happen to salivate over any of those food photos, you can thank Kent Street Deli.
